Canon U.S.A., Inc. Joins Forces with TEKLYNX on Label Printer Drivers to Help Enhance Label Design and Printing
MELVILLE, N.Y., Nov. 16, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Canon U.S.A. Inc., a global leader in digital imaging solutions, announced today the development of new TEKLYNX native driver printer drivers for Canon’s color-on-demand label printer line. These drivers work with Canon’s LX-1300, LX-5500, and LX-1300 label printers. This Canon label printers, which are compatible with the new drivers and TEKLYNX label design software, can produce large volumes of labels for production. It also speeds up the label creation process.

These drivers were created by TEKLYNX to provide a positive user experience. TEKLYNX barcode label design software products – LABEL MATRIX, LABELVIEW, and CODESOFT – will help Canon label printer users maintain their respective brand consistency, with the ability to create preformatted templates which help increase the accuracy of the prints. The interface is easy to use and allows users to create hundreds of barcodes as well as variable data. Software will make it easier for companies using the software to create customized color labeling solutions that meet customer needs and optimize their print output. The Canon label printers, when combined with the TEKLYNX software, can benefit companies in industries such as manufacturing, packaging, retail, wholesale, and transportation/shipping.
