SHINING 3D Formnext

This week, Formnext 2022 will be held in Frankfurt. More than 730 exhibitors will gather at the international event for additive manufacturing, which will be held on 50,000 square meters. It’s a unique platform for companies to show their innovations and demonstrate the vast possibilities of 3D technologies to attendees. SHINING 3D, an international company located at booth E21 in Hall 12, is one of the participants in this ecosystem. SHINING 3D is a member of the Formnext family, having been involved in 3D scanning since 2015. It hopes to show attendees the full potential of its solutions in this edition. But what will they really find at the company’s booth? What innovations will it be showcasing at the fair? We examined what you can expect.

SHINING 3D was established in 2004 and has been a global leader in 3D digital technology. Their growth has been reflected in their sevenfold increase in employees since 2017. Their home country, China, is already one of the major drivers of technology standards. They have solutions that cover the entire digital manufacturing process, from part scanning, design, production, and inspection. Our main goal? To create an integrated, complete solution for customers across a variety of industries and applications. Formnext is the company’s participation. “We grew with the show and have become an established supplier and reliable partner in the high precision 3D digitizing industry and more.” Compared to last year, SHINING 3D will be showcasing new equipment and products, so that people can touch and experience the advancements of 4.0 technologies.

SHINING 3D will present its 3D solutions at Formnext booth 112.1-E21.

Recent Releases and Brand New Products

SHINING 3D will present its new developments at Formnext booth 12.1 – E21 together with a young, dynamic and international team, formed by people from more than 7 different nationalities. A variety of solutions will be available to users, starting with the FreeScan UE Pro portable 3D laser scanner. This scanner is also the company’s most versatile digitizing solution. The scanner’s scanning modes allow for different functions with metrology-grade accuracy of 0.02 mm. This is one of its key features. This allows for high quality and consistent final results. Another of this year’s big news for SHINING 3D is the introduction of the so-called Einstar. Launched last October, this new portable 3D scanner is the company’s most affordable, developed with the aim of making technology accessible to everyone. It is affordable, but it can deliver high-quality, full-color results. It can even capture high-density data as a point cloud, with distances between points up to 0.1mm. They have also recently released software upgrades to their industrial 3D scanners. In this way, customers can benefit from the lifetime enhancement of their 3D scanner’s software and capabilities. Its EinScan brand is also notable for its success. This brand offers a variety of solutions that cover scanning needs from professional to entry-level, as well as metrological features that can be used in manufacturing applications.

The manufacturer will not only launch the products earlier in the year, but also offer other 3D solutions. This includes other 3D scanning product lines (EinScan, OptimScan etc.You can also use the AccuFab L4K printer to make resin additive manufacturing machines. An advanced ecosystem for 3D solutions is available to digital dentistry. Thanks to intraoral and desktop scanners, dental laboratories can create all kinds of parts adapted to their patients’ needs. Formnext will feature examples of dental models that will help us understand the advantages of integrating this manufacturing process into dentistry.
